I cant remember my ps3 account password?

Hey. I cant remember my ps3 account password. I could enter the secret question answers but I cant remember them either haha. Does anyone know wat I can do? I mean can u ring ps3 network or something?

just call the call centre and ask them they will ask you some question or ells you reset your ps3 but all saved progress will go
